1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, accessing, or using MysticPuzzleGame (the "App"), you agree to be bound
by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not
access or use the App.
2. Changes to the Terms
We reserve the right to modify or revise these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any
significant changes by posting an update on the App or website. Your continued use of the App
following the posting of any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.
3. App License
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive,
non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, and use the App for your personal,
non-commercial purposes. You may not:
- Copy, modify, or create derivative works of the App
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code
- Distribute, transfer, sublicense, lease, lend, or rent the App to any third party
- Use the App in any unlawful manner or for any illegal purpose
4. User Accounts

maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under
your account. You agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
- Update your information as necessary to keep it accurate and current
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or use of your account
- Be solely responsible for the activity that occurs on your account
5. Virtual Items and Currency
The App may include virtual currencies, items, or features ("Virtual Items") that can be purchased
with real money or earned through gameplay. You acknowledge that:
- Virtual Items are licensed, not sold, to you
- You have no ownership or property rights in any Virtual Items
- Virtual Items have no monetary value outside of the App
- We reserve the right to modify, manage, or eliminate Virtual Items at any time
- All purchases of Virtual Items are final and non-refundable, except as required by applicable
law
6. User Conduct
You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:
- Use the App for any illegal purpose
- Harass, abuse, or harm another person
- Interfere with or disrupt the App or servers/networks connected to the App
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the App
- Use any automated means to access or use the App
- Cheat, use unauthorized third-party software, or exploit bugs or glitches
- Engage in any activity that could disable, overburden, or impair the App
7. Intellectual Property Rights
The App, including all content, features, and functionality, is owned by us, our licensors, or other
providers and is protected by copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual
property laws. You may not use any of our intellectual property without our prior written consent.
8. User Content
The App may allow you to submit, post, or share content ("User Content"). By providing User Content,
you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable, and transferable license to
use, reproduce, distribute, prepare derivative works of, display, and perform the User Content in
connection with the App and our business.
You represent and warrant that:
- You own or have the necessary rights to use and authorize us to use all intellectual property
rights in your User Content
- Your User Content does not violate any third-party rights or applicable law
9. Termination
We may, in our sole discretion, suspend, disable, or terminate your access to the App at any time
for any reason, including if we believe you have violated these Terms. Upon termination:
- Your license to use the App will be terminated
- You must cease all use of the App
- You may lose access to your account and all associated data, including Virtual Items
10. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE APP IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS, WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER
EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A
PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, OR COURSE OF PERFORMANCE. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL
BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.
11. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL WE BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT,
INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF
PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF OR
INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE THE APP.
12. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless us, our affiliates, and our respective officers,
directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, obligations, losses,
liabilities, costs or debt, and expenses arising from your use of the App or your violation of these
Terms.
13. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in
which we are located, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
14. Dispute Resolution
Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the App shall first be resolved through
good-faith negotiations. If such negotiations fail, the dispute shall be finally settled by
arbitration administered by a recognized arbitration authority, in accordance with its rules.
15. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is held to be unenforceable or invalid, such provision will be
changed and interpreted to accomplish the objectives of such provision to the greatest extent
possible under applicable law, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
